What are the current and promising future treatments for penile venous leakage in 2022? i'm very young and regretfully/probably developed one from jelqing. can a doctor, urologist, angiologist or any vascular health expert give some advice?

Treatments range from Inhibitor pills, vacuum devices, injections and prosthesis. It is very unusual for venous leak to occur at your age. Self diagnosis is wrong and often dangerous. Suggest you see a Urologist specializing in sexual problems for proper diagnosis and treatment and stop using devices and methods on the internet. You are young and I think will be fine. Good luck

Dear doc, my PCR test for gonorhea & clamydia result is negative ( using urine sample ), however uretral penis swab test show positive PMN, does PCR test give false negative ? so what disease is this ? no discharge, no pain, no burning sensation?
