Ketorolac is NSIAD's and dosing depends on your kidney function , body weight . In general can be taken either orally or injection every 4-6 hours. If you have severe pain and your doc prescribed you Tramadol ( beware it is narcotic type of medication ) it can cause sedation and again dosing has to be adjusted based on kidney function . 8 hours interval is reasonable but confrim with doc.
