See a pain doc: First of all, what is the reason for you on such medications. Toradol is a potent NSAID and should not be taken more than 5 days due to nephrotoxicity. Dilaudid is a very potent opioid indicated for moderate to sever pain. It comes in extended &immediate release. Tramadol is a non-opioid analgesic. A pain specialist can help you tailor the best regimen for you.
