Ketorolac, tramadol: Yes you can. Ketorolac is an NSAID and tramadol has an opioid effect and also a serotonin effect. Both can be used together. Caution should be exercised with regrd to long term use.

Drug interaction: Ketorolac is a nsaids, tramadol is a synthetic opioid. You can take them together since there is no known drug interaction. However, the duration of ketorolac therapy is limited to five days.
