How do you know it is basal cell carcinoma? Was is biopsied? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and it would be prudent to see a doctor. Basal cell carcinomas are a type of skin cancer. However, self-diagnosing is not recommended. Having your doc examine timely would help in clarifying diagnosis and give you peace of mind.
