21 one year old with chest area pain sometimes and boob pain, skinny with large breast. no family history of breast cancer or anything.

Need to be checked: Most likely the pain relates to the oversized breast for your body. However, a physical exam and possible ultrasound can help to rule out any underlying pathology. Also you can get an opinion as to any need for a reduction procedure, based on the size of your breasts, at the same time.
