I am on dexilant 60mg and i am trying to go by the acid watchers diet. i had been diagnosed with lpr and would like to know how to wean off dexilant to be fully on the diet than be on ppi?

Your question is not intelligible. What is lpr? What symptoms do you have? If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. If you have gastric acid reflux it would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation.
