Depression: What you describe may be attributed to depression and possible nutritional deficiency. Please see your doc for an exam and then a mental health professional for therapy, not only medication. "Feeling Good" is a good self-help book but get professional help too. Consider a nutritional lab test called Micronutrient Test by Spectracell Lab in Texas. Peace and good health. Several pieces here.
