Toothache, blood pressure has been around 118/84 to 137/91 i think due to pain. taking metoprolol 25mg suc er. is it ok to take ibuprofen for pain relief & what dosage? 500mg tylenol doesn't work well. taking amoxicillin also. thank you in advance.

Balance: It would be best to have your Dentist and y9our Cardiologist speak to each other if there are medication questions, rather than going go a 3rd party that does not know your health history or your overall medication list. In general, Ibuprofen in dosage as directed on the package is safe, but check in with your personal health care providers first.
