I had severe headache on right side during flight months ago, neuro said not typical for migraine.er diagnosed sinusitis. ent wants me to do balloon sinuolasty. ct sinus scan shows mild-moderate thickening. right nasal frontal obscured. balloon safe?

A sudden severe headache should be evaluated by a Neurologist. If this recurs, please see the Emergency room. Sinusitis headache is more often pressure rather than focal pain. Please discuss risks and benefits of the ENT procedure with ENT. Did you have a head CT I the Emergency room?
