Masks do not filter out oxygen from the air. They are designed to filter out dust and microorganisms. Your breathing should not be affected by a mask.

If you hemoglobin is as low as 5.2, you ought to see a doctor at the earliest to get it treated. Mask in an irrelevant issue give your marked anemia.
