Your symptoms are not consistent with the described lesion. The CAT scan is appropriate for the bony evaluation, but MRI might be preferred to assess the additional complaints. Would strongly urge a full evaluation at a medical school. Areas to be considered might include vascular disorders, migraine, Meniere's, etc.
