Rni slight uptake in r occipital bone,further scan &review says benign features &likely represents fibrous dysplasia &no clinical concern.i have periods of double vision &severe headache.g.p shows no concern. should i be worried &seek further advice?

The images appear benign, but your headaches and double vision do need attention. Might consider migraines, and, if so, many available medications these days. You can worry if you wish, but better is to be proactive, and see a neurologist.
