Bone scan diagnosed osteoarthritis in several joints & states"ct skull vault would assess mildly active lesion in right occipital bone likely an osteoma or possible meningioma"what does "mildly active"mean in regards to osteoma? awaiting a ct scan?

With bone scan, mildly active means the nuclear trace is seen stronger at that site but most of the time it does not mean much in my experience, radiologists most often over-read for avoiding liability. You should not worry, just wait for the CT of the head.
