Is it likely i have endometrial cancer. i have had 3 trans vag us all normal, but thin lining but i still have bleeding and spotting between periods. was told i have pcos. every time i stop metformin i bleed. could this cancer have been missed?

It is very rare for endometrial cancer at your age, especially with repeatedly negative vaginal ultrasound. The spotting is likely related to PCOS, please follow with your GYN doctor.
