I have pcos and take metformin. i am 6dpo and had rust colored spotting last night till this morning. could this be implantation bleeding?

Maybe: It could be implantation bleeding, but this could also be just premenses spotting, which is not uncommon. If you are pregnant, a pregnancy test would already be positive. A home pregnancy test will work just fine if you follow the instructions.
