My daughter of 6 yo take the vaccines dtap,mmrv and hepatitis a today, but i check her medical records and she had those vaccines from 2 years ago and dr give it for her again . i would like to know if will have any side effects for take twice ?

There should be no adverse effects from repeat vaccination. She is eligible to get Covid vaccine and should get that. When she turns 11 years of age, she should get HPV vaccine. Wish you and your daughter good health!

If anything she would get a transient boost in her immunity to the illnesses involved. It happens often enough we are not seeing any significant negative effects in those so treated.

Update her vaccination record as one record card for your review with the physician. The vaccinations may cause side effects including soreness at the injection site. The duplicate series though is not likely to worsen the side effects. Agee, COVID-19 vaccination is recommended.
