Your listed teat results as a hemoglobin of 46 or 52 make no sense, maybe hematocrit but not hemoglobin. You better confer with your doc as this post does not appear to be an accurate representation of any true studies.

You might indeed have borderline polycythemia on a hematocrit of 46 or 52. Hydration may decrease hematocrit, you actual value may be somewhere in between 46 and 52. Follow up with a hematologist in order to clarify would be recommended.
