What blood test would show possible blood loss? good hemoglobin, red blood cells, hematocrit, tibc low iron, low mcv, low mch, low iron saturation. this test was done two days before menstruation. could i be long on overall blood supply?

Blood tests do not test for blood loss per se. If hemoglobin and iron are low, it could be due to blood loss but there are alternative explanations. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
