Abnormal urethral discharge is usually due to an STD -- gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). See a doctor or clinic soon. If you're in Amsterdam, the public health STD clinic (GGD) is among the best in the world. https://www.ggd.amsterdam.nl Good luck.

Sounds unusual. You need to see a Urologist to get checked for prostato-urethritis, and STD if you have had sexual intercourse. In the meantime drink plenty of fluids.
