If the discharge isn't yellow,brown or foul smelling, it isn't an infection. I believe you're experiencing normal postejaculation secretions from the orgasm you had before falling asleep since I assume you didn't urinate after the ejaculation. If you still have concerns see your MD or a urologist for evaluation & advice.
