I am 36 year female..overweight with a elevated blood pressure of 136/98. pulse 101..my stomach is bloated with what feels like a buzzing feeling and upper back pain between shoulders. do i have any reason to fear heart attack or sca at my age?!!?

Chronic hypertension is a risk factor for coronary artery disease and thus for sudden cardiac arrest. However at your age you have time to avoid both by getting your blood pressure under. control ( 130/80 or less) and getting to your ideal weight. Your resting heart rate of 101 is rapid & contributes to elevation of BP. Overactive thyroid&anxiety raise heart rate. See your MD for help & tests
