Leukoplakia is a change in the cell lining of the mouth and can occur as white patches due to many reasons anywhere in the mouth and can sometimes change to cancer. Linea alba is a white line on the cheek lining not necessarily due to teeth or bit and overwhelmingly benign with no specific cause. When in doubt the oral surgeon/ dentist will do a biopsy. Keep good oral hygiene and regular check up
