Patch on gums: See a dentist for an evaluation. This cannot be diagnosed without a clinical examination, additional information, and possibly a biopsy.

Possible Leukoplakia: is a greyish/ white patch that develops in the mouth and that cannot be wiped off. It is caused by chronic irritation, not contagious and should be checked by your dentist. Smoking or tobacco use is the most common cause.
