Oral Surgeon consult: Since we didn't see, diagnose or biopsy the site in question and since we can't know for sure what was in that "dental paste", the only thing that we can do is suggest that you see an oral surgeon for an evaluation and advice.

Possibly: A dentist should examine you to evaluate the tissue. It's probably normal but too important not to confirm by having a complete oral cancer examination.
