I am on my 6th day of quarantine with covid and the other night i felt this weird sensation wash over my right foot. it felt like someone put ice water in my veins. my foot did not feel cold to the touch and this has been going on for almost 2 days?

Weird symptom but you have nothing to concern, you should only concern about pulmonary symptoms and oxygenation. Most people at your age have gotten Covid infection last 2 weeks with or without a history of vaccination and some already had Covid a year ago.
