Im a recent covid survivor, 4 days after the end of my isolation period. so yesterday my foot was really painful underneath and today its been feeling really cold. is this normal or do i need to consult with a doctor?

COVID recovery: It may be related to a neuropathy post COVID 19. Watch for signs of numbness, tingling, redness, swelling and recurrent fever. Please have an evaluation, rest, drink fluids and monitor temperature.

Sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my head near my temple. Takes my breath away when it happens. Neither Advil nor Tylenol have seemed to work for it. What should I do? Headache?
