When we have our breakfast after brushing our teeth in the morning, can we still have bad breath?

Absolutely: Odor sources: gut, plaque (germs), pus (infection), cavities (rotting tooth). See your dentist to find the reason for yours. Until then: avoid foods that cause it (garlic, onions, certain spices); floss and brush your teeth (every night); use listerine (essential oils help), and cut out the extra sugars. Many odors come from the tongue, so consider using a tongue scraper to help clean the tongue.

Absolutely: It is better to brush after breakfast to remove food particles (from breakfast) by brushing and flossing. Bad breath may be related to food debris on your teeth or periodontal disease, untreated oral infections, sinus infections, etc. If it persists, i recommend you see your dentist for an evaluation.
