Does doxycycline cause urinary retention? been on it for 10 days now and noticed i didnt have this problem before or when administered it last time?

Urinary retention is not a known adverse effect of doxycycline. If you receive this medication for a genitourinary disease, your prostate problem may get worse which can cause urinary retention. You need to call the prescribed doctor right away or see a urologist ASAP.
