I'm not sure if "it's a money thing" means you can't afford the surgery of if you are accusing your physician of suggesting heart surgery when you don't need it. Treat your bladder cancer first, and then revisit your heart issues with your physician. You can always go for a second opinion.

There is a specific window in having cardiac surgery. Depending on the type of surgery, a thorough discussion with the surgeon regarding benefits of surgery, actual risk of surgery vs not having the surgery, alternatives as well prognosis should address your unanswered questions. There is no right or wrong decision.
