I lost 1 testicle to testicular torsion do i have less testosterone now? i couldve easily prevented this by going to the doctor or looking it up properly because i tried but didnt really read the websites properly are there more people like me )?

First, it's not your fault. Delayed surgery was not necessarily why your testicle could not be saved: some cases of complete torsion result in testicle loss even if treated very promptly. In reply to the main question, your testosterone levels undoubtedly are normal now and will remain so for your entire life. One testicle provides normal hormone levels. Your fertility also will not be affected.

No. The remaining testicle will take over the job. Hope you keep well, but the next time you have a problem instead of looking it up on a website see a doctor or go to the urgent center or E.R. for websites can be full of misinformation.
