Torsion: Normally the surgeon places a couple of sutures on the other testicle to avoid torsion in the other testicle. This may have caused a small amount of fluid in the sac and make feel bigger. If still worried, go and see the surgeon.

Testicular Dominance: I am sure your post op notes or the doctor discussed this with you. But, your remaining testicle is not the producer of all of the testosterone your body needs. Of course it has grown a bit.
