A rask on my butt cheek has been there since a few weeks. it is light red, dry, doesn't itch, is not raised/bumped, it does not spread. basically, its just there. what can it be and is there any over the counter cream that i can use to get rid of it?

Rather than self treat this eruption I would have a dermatologist examine you for accurate diagnosis & appropriate treatment. This could be a patch of eczema or a fungal infection for example.
