What over the counter medication will help get rid of a rash on the skin around the vagina? itching, red bumps caused by fabric irritant i think.

Hydrocortisone: 1% hydrocortisone might be helpful, but if the rash is infected with either a bacteria or fungus, it might be a good idea to consult with a dermatologist for proper dx and tx, which possibly require a prescription med.
