Hydrocelectomy - 15 days post-op it feels like a hard testicle with a squishy fluid sac on top? is it possible the hydrocele is recurring already? would it only be on the top? is it possible this is just fluid that is unrelated and will reabsorb?

It will take 6-8 weeks for the area to feel normal again. Yes it is possible that what you feel will reabsorb. Wear a good scrotal supprt and use local heat for a week or two. you should be OK
