Time to seek medical attention as the night sweats and weight loss are significant. A thyroid condition among many other possibilities may contribute to current symptoms. Best would be to start with your PCP who can coordinate workup and possible local referrals.

Agree with Dr. P. Unintended weight loss, and swollen gland warrant an evaluation, in person. Start with your primary care provider, but may need to see specialist depending on initial investigation. Wish you good health!
