I've had many hypothyroid sx for several yrs. 1/13/22 tsh 1.8, ft4 0.8, ft3 2.3. past labs: 2020 tsh= 0.92, 2019 tsh=1.29, 2017 tsh=1.63, ft4- 0.9, ft3= 2.5. 2016 tsh= 2.34 ft4= 1.0 ft3= 2.5. any insights on this?

You don't mention if you're taking a thyroid supplement. If you are, your hypothyroidism appears controlled as all those TSH levels are within normal range. I'm not sure of what's normal for T3 in your lab, but your thyroid status is either ok for treated hypothyroidism or your thyroid status is normal if you're not on meds. Your MD will have to advise you as he/she knows the facts in your case.

There are no specific hypothyoid symptoms. I need to know what meds you were on at each lab test and what is normal for the lab you are using to be better able to help.
