Ketones will be found in normal peoples urine when their body does not have enough readily available carbs/sugar to use for energy. The body breaks down fat to make the sugar needed to power tissues and casts off ketones in the process. I would not worry about it. You will stop pissing out ketones when you body is back in balance.

Your glucose while low is normal. Ketones and low glucose are both due to increased use of fat stores. If will resolve as you normalize your intake of carbohydrates. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines.
