I am 30 now. today morning i saw my right testicle moves up inside, hidden completely from scrotum. but after wake up it goes down normal after press down in 2 min. why and is it serious? does it causes torsion?

Some people have an extremely mobile testicle when it can go up and comes down later. It is not serious. hard to predict torsion.. Suggest you see a Urologist and in the meantime wear a support underwear
