Ears pop when swallowing is not uncommon in healthy people. The other symptoms you have are consistent with rhinosinusitis, especially ethmoid and frontal sinuses.

All of your symptoms follow the path of the facial nerve. It could be sinus related or TMJ, but you need a good evaluation and imaging by an ENT to determine a cause
