You could research and try cognitive behavior therapy. It is like telling the part of you that is anxious that there is no need to be and higher brain system would release chemicals to dampen where the anxiety is being initiated. You could also remove yourself physically and emotionally from what is causing you anxiety.

I too would endorse cognitive-behavioral therapy as a core intervention, but would add biofeedback therapy, and, on your own, regular meditation and aerobic exercise.
