You need to see a Urologist. It could be one of many things and once diagnosed and treated you should be OK

Most common and easily treated diagnosis for your symptoms is urinary tract infection. Thus first thing to do is get your tested for UTI with urine culture if positive. Short course of appropriate antibiotic can correct UTI. However, you should see urologist or uro-gynecologist if urinalysis negative for infection.
