I'm 26yrz. For a week now I have to pee often and when I to go it comes like I can't hold it in or I wet my pants also very painful abdomen when peeing, pee smells like medicine. Side abdomen very sore, my tongue has thrush for a couple of months now?
I had unprotected sexual intercourse 2 weeks back and I feel something in my urethra after a pee and feel the urge to pee again, i have no discharge or pain and my urine is its normal colour and smell so i doubt std, what could be the cause?
