I've notice since last week when i pee it has a strong odor & today when i wiped down some light yellow was on toilet paper!?

UTI: A urinary tract infection (UTI) would be the most likely, do you have any discomfort or blood in the urine? A urinalysis and urine culture would establish the diagnosis, any doctor's office or urgent care facility would be able to get these tests. Treatment is an antibiotic such as bactrim, but other antibiotics may be used depending on culture results.
