Monoclonal antibody therapy and antiviral agents are best used early in the course. If you are not hypoxemic or in distress, medications used in the hospital are not used. A chest x-ray is recommended and a return visit your physician to ensure that you don't have complications including a secondary bacterial infection.

It all has to do now with your current symptoms and if still trending towards recovery. Seeing your doc in follow up would be best, specifically if you still have significant symptoms.

Agree with. Dr. Dosanjh. If you get breathing difficulty, go the nearest hospital. Six weeks after getting over the acute illness, get vaccinated. Get Flu vaccination also. Wish you good health
