This would be uncommon . But we are dealing with a respiratory virus. If bearable , and present after 6 weeks , ask your primary care Dr for eval or referral to ENT. Go sooner if dizzy .

You should see an ear, nose and throat doctor-Covid infection can cause this. It is important to make sure the ENT doctor doesn’t find anything structural that needs treatment. If they don’t find anything, you can see an audiologist and get a hearing test done since hearing loss can cause tinnitus. If you have a hearing loss, treating it can help with tinnitus. There are also tinnitus treatments.

Tinnitus, dizziness, and even hearing loss are not uncommon sequelae following active COVID-19 infection. Agree with visit to otolaryngologist, who could guide evaluation and treatment. In many cases after several months this may spontaneously resolve, but best to get evaluated, as knowledge can help coping better.
