Many if not most upper respiratory infections are caused by viruses, which antibiotics don't treat. I hope you have talked to a physician and are not self-medicating. You should have a GP that knows you and that has baseline testing data. If not, find one. If you can't, at least go to Urgent Care (and bring a list of every Rx/OTC/recreational drug that you put into your body.
