Fever chills night sweats for three days and productive cough which resolved after taking antibiotics and 3 weeks later it recurred again for a night and resolved on its own.. is it tb? pneumonia? or bronchitis? or hiv? cuz im a smoker!

Hard to tell : At least acute bronchitis is suggested by history. Conditions such as HIV or tb cannot be ruled out otherwise if you have had exposure. Smoking is definitely not helping and making you prone to bronchitis.
