Lasting lung damage is rare after covid recovery. You're O2 saturation numbers are superb. You're out of the woods. Stop worrying!

My oxygen level is around 97-98 after COVID and i go to the gym at least 5 times a week. It is now 20 months post COVID and i feel great, no breathing problems or shortness of breath. This doesn't mean a problem can't occur in future.
