Sorry that we can't use picture upload on this portion of HealthTap. One possibility is very common- tonsil stones. These are caused by accumulation of material in pits on the surface of the tonsils. Talk to your regular Dr for visualization and potentially removal. Unfortunately, tonsil stones do come back, so it might be an ongoing problem.
